Consultant & founder of CN Webify

- A reminder when an invoice waits for approval
- A Slack ping when a deal closes
- The Friday report that builds itself
- A new client becomes a project with tasks
- The approved pricing slide, found in seconds
- Old deck versions, retired
- A failed sync that alerts a person
- A site update without a developer
- Backups and updates nobody has to remember
Things I set up for teams · examples
…and the one that’s been on your list since last year.
Sounds familiar?
Your process lives in five tools and three people’s heads.
The CRM has the client. A spreadsheet has the budget. The approval is in someone’s inbox. When the person who remembers is on holiday, the work waits.
You type the same thing twice.
A deal closes, then it’s re-created as a project, then again as an invoice.
You find out late.
A request waited four days in the wrong inbox.
Handoffs have no owner.
Work goes to “the team”, which in practice means nobody.
What I do
Three ways I can help.
Each card shows the work as it runs, with sample data. The service pages go into what I build, how it works and what it costs.
01 · Process automation
Requests that route themselves.
Request and approval flows in Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda), integrations with n8n, connected models in Fibery.
Free call · fixed-price audit · monthly pace
Process automation02 · Presentations · SlideHub partner
Every deck from approved slides.
A pilot on your own decks, then a slide library your sales team actually uses, inside PowerPoint.
Pilot first · SlideHub licence billed by SlideHub
Presentations03 · Web systems · CN Webify
Designed, built, developed and hosted.
cnwebify.com designs and builds, cnwebify.dev develops and integrates, cnwebify.cloud hosts and maintains, also for partner agencies.

The person you’ll work with

Consultant & builder Copenhagen, Denmark
English · Romanian
There’s no junior. You work with me from the first call to the handover.
I’ve been building in Coda since 2022. For four years I did it quietly, as a freelancer: teams found me by word of mouth and through my posts in the Coda community, and I untangled their docs and built what they needed. When Coda couldn’t reach the tools those teams used, I started writing Packs: Google Contacts, Billy, Hetzner. In 2026 I became a SlideHub partner and put the work under my own name.
I still do every audit and every build myself, on site in Copenhagen or remotely anywhere. In my own time I write about how work, technology and public rules shape each other, and build open-source tools for public data.
More about meQuestions
Before you book.
01What does working together look like?
A free 30-minute call, then a fixed-price process audit. From there, one monthly engagement at the pace you choose: I build the highest-priority work first and keep improving it. Month to month, 30 days’ notice.
02Do you work remotely?
Yes. I work remotely with teams anywhere in the world, in English or Romanian. On site is an option in Copenhagen.
03Which tool is right for us?
The one that fits how your team works. I build in Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda), Fibery and n8n, and help teams evaluate SlideHub for presentations. If you don’t need a new tool, I’ll tell you on the call.
04I only need help with one formula or automation. Is that you?
Probably not. I design and run whole processes. For a single fix, each tool’s community will help you faster.
05Who owns the work afterwards?
You do. Everything lives in your accounts, documented, with recordings. Nothing depends on me.
06Are you a partner of these tools?
I’m an official SlideHub partner since 2026. Superhuman Docs, Fibery and n8n are tools I work with independently. Licences are paid by you directly to the vendor.
07Where are you based?
In Denmark. I work on site in Copenhagen and remotely with teams anywhere.
08How do we start?
Book the free 30-minute call. If it makes sense, the next step is a fixed-price process audit of three to six weeks, half up front and half when you’re satisfied. After that you choose a monthly pace.
09What does it cost?
The prices are on this page: a fixed-price audit, then one of three monthly paces. All prices exclude VAT; tool licences are paid by you directly to the vendor.
10Which languages do you work in?
English and Romanian.
