PRESENTATIONS · SLIDEHUB PARTNERSlideHub partner since 2026

Every deck from approved slides.

Your sales team keeps rebuilding decks from old versions. As a SlideHub partner, I set up a slide library inside PowerPoint, test it on your own decks first, and train your team to use it.

SlideHub in PowerPoint · product loopVideo © SlideHub
  • The approved pricing slide, found in seconds
  • Old versions replaced in the decks that use them
  • Logos and legal text locked, the rest editable
  • Revenue charts that update from Excel
  • Client name and owner filled in on every slide
  • One link to share, and a view of what was opened
  • Word proposals built from approved blocks
  • A new hire’s first deck, on brand from day one

Presentation work I set up · examples

…and the deck someone rebuilds every Monday.

Sounds familiar?

The slide exists. Nobody can find the right version.

Your best slides live in old decks, personal folders and colleagues’ inboxes. Every proposal starts with a search, and the outdated pricing slide keeps coming back.

  1. Every deck starts from an old deck.

Someone copies last month’s version and hopes nothing changed.

  2. Nobody knows which version is approved.

Pricing, logos and legal text drift between teams.

  3. Numbers are pasted by hand.

Charts go stale the moment the spreadsheet changes.

What I set up

The building blocks.

You don’t buy these one by one. The audit decides which ones matter, and the monthly engagement sets them up in that order.

  • Start

    Pilot plan

Representative decks, a small group of users and criteria agreed before anything is bought.

→ Pilot scope + decision criteria

  • Organise

    Slide library

Approved slides, documents and images in one place inside PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

    → A structured, searchable library

  • Protect

    Locked templates

Brand and layout locked, with placeholders for the parts sales should change.

→ Templates that stay on brand

  • Connect

    Data-linked slides

Charts and tables that update from Excel in every deck that uses them.

    → Numbers that stay current

  • Fill

    Smart fill

Client, owner and deal details entered once and filled in on every slide.

    → Tailored decks without retyping

  • Govern

    Content governance

Owners, approvals and retiring outdated slides, so old versions stop circulating.

→ A process your team runs

  • Share

    Sharing & insights

One secure link instead of attachments, with a view of what was opened.

    → Fewer attachments, clearer follow-up

  • Run

    Training & adoption

Sessions for sales and content owners, and support as the library grows.

→ Part of every monthly pace

EXPLORE THE PRESENTATION WORKFLOW

From approved content to a presentation with a purpose.

Step through an illustrative walkthrough of the workflow we would evaluate through the SlideHub partnership.

A better way to prepare a presentationILLUSTRATIVE DEMO

PRESENTATION WORKFLOW / EXAMPLE01 / 05

Find

Start with content you can trust.

Look for the material relevant to the conversation, with a clear owner and an identifiable approved version.

  1. Company introductionInsert
  2. Current service overviewInsert
  3. Relevant project exampleInsert

A useful library answers “which version should I use?”

PRESENTATION WORKFLOW / EXAMPLE02 / 05

Select

Build around the question you need to answer.

Choose a short sequence of approved material that serves this audience and this decision.

  1. The buyer’s problemInsert
  2. A relevant approachInsert
  3. A clear next stepInsert

The evaluation should use your team’s own presentation tasks.

PRESENTATION WORKFLOW / EXAMPLE03 / 05

Tailor

Make it relevant. Keep the foundations consistent.

Identify what should change for the recipient and what needs to remain approved and consistent.

  1. Recipient and contextInsert
  2. Relevant servicesInsert
  3. Approved brand elementsInsert

We would test the actual controls and limitations during the pilot.

PRESENTATION WORKFLOW / EXAMPLE04 / 05

Review

Give the final check a clear owner.

Review the message, current information, and brand consistency before the presentation leaves the team.

  1. Information is current
  2. Message fits the audience
  3. Owner has reviewed the result

This checklist is a proposed team practice, not a claim of automated approval.

PRESENTATION WORKFLOW / EXAMPLE05 / 05

Learn

Use the experience to make the next decision.

Compare effort, content confidence, and adoption with the baseline. Record what worked and what needs to change.

  1. Preparation effortInsert
  2. Content consistencyInsert
  3. Independent task completionInsert

A pilot should produce evidence for proceeding, adjusting, or stopping.

MY ROLE IN THE PARTNERSHIP

I help you make an informed decision.

I help you define the evaluation, build a business case from your inputs, and coordinate a focused pilot. Together, we choose the tasks, participants, success criteria, and who will make the decision.

SlideHub supplies the platform and licensing. Before you commit, we clarify who handles implementation, training, and support. I’ll explain any commercial referral arrangement before you make a purchasing decision.

TRY YOUR OWN ASSUMPTIONS

What could that time be worth?

An open estimate to inform a pilot. Change the inputs; no email required.

ESTIMATED MONTHLY CAPACITY

14 hours

of team time potentially released

Gross time value / month
490 EUR
After the monthly cost entered
490 EUR

Illustrative inputs, not SlideHub pricing or a savings promise. Enter a quoted monthly cost; zero is a placeholder. The estimate excludes setup, migration and training effort, and assumes the time saving is realized only on the adopted share of presentations. Time released is capacity, not necessarily a cash saving.

Hours = presentations × minutes saved ÷ 60 × adoption. Gross value = hours × hourly cost. Net estimate = gross value − monthly cost.

Illustrative scenario · not a client

A 40-person sales team that rebuilds every proposal.

What a typical engagement looks like. A sample situation, not a real client.

  1. 01Before

Each rep keeps their own “master” deck. The pricing slide exists in six versions. New hires copy whatever they’re sent, and marketing finds old logos in client meetings.

  2. 02What I’d set up

A SlideHub library with the approved slides, locked templates and pricing linked to one Excel file. Outdated versions are replaced where they’re used. A pilot with eight reps tests it on real proposals.

  3. 03After handover

Content owners keep the library current. Reps start from approved slides. I check in after 30 days and review what’s being used.

There’s no junior. You work with me from the first call to the handover.

I’ve been building in Coda since 2022. For four years I did it quietly, as a freelancer: teams found me by word of mouth and through my posts in the Coda community, and I untangled their docs and built what they needed. When Coda couldn’t reach the tools those teams used, I started writing Packs: Google Contacts, Billy, Hetzner. In 2026 I became a SlideHub partner and put the work under my own name.

I still do every audit and every build myself, on site in Copenhagen or remotely anywhere. In my own time I write about how work, technology and public rules shape each other, and build open-source tools for public data.

More about me

Questions

Before you book.

01What is SlideHub?

A presentation management platform: a library of approved slides, documents and images inside PowerPoint, Word and Excel, with locked templates, linked data and sharing.

02Do you work remotely?

Yes. I work remotely with teams anywhere in the world, in English or Romanian. On site is an option in Copenhagen.

03What does it cost?

SlideHub licences are priced and billed by SlideHub. My audit, setup and support are separate, at the prices above. You’ll see both before you decide.

04What’s your role as a partner?

I’m an official SlideHub partner since 2026. I run the evaluation, set up the library and support your team. If there’s a referral arrangement, I’ll tell you before you buy.

05Do we need Microsoft 365?

SlideHub works inside PowerPoint, Word and Excel, and in the browser. We’ll check on the first call whether it fits how your team works.

06Can we decide not to buy after the pilot?

Yes. The point of the pilot is a decision based on evidence. The audit plan is yours either way.

07Do you work on site?

Yes, in Copenhagen: kick-offs and workshops in person. Everyone else, anywhere in the world, remotely.
