WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
What working together looks like.
A place to understand the starting points, your involvement, and what happens after the build.
START WITH YOUR SITUATION
What needs to work better?
Recognize any of these? Each one shows how I could help, or go straight to the services below.
01
Our work is scattered
Your Coda workspace has grown, but nobody is quite sure how everything connects.
I help you trace the tables, automations, and handoffs, then agree what to simplify so your team can follow the work.
02
Presentations take too much effort
Your sales team keeps rebuilding presentations from different versions.
Through my SlideHub partnership, I help you evaluate a clearer way to find and reuse approved content, using your own decks and agreed pilot criteria.
03
Our website needs attention
Your website explains what you do, but doesn’t help people take the next step.
Through CN Webify, I help you clarify the offer, shape the visitor journey, and build the website, with hosting and ongoing care agreed from the start.
How it works · prices included
Call, audit, then a pace that suits you.
Prices are here because you were going to ask. All prices exclude VAT.
01 · Free · 30 min
Intro call
What’s broken, what you’ve tried, and whether these tools are even right for you. If they aren’t, I’ll say so on the call.
02 · €1,500 · 3–6 weeks
Process audit
I talk to the people doing the work, map every step and price what it costs today. Half up front, half when you’re satisfied. The plan is yours either way.
03 · Monthly
Pick a pace and build
Highest-priority work first, reviewed together as it lands.

Launch and keep improving
Your team is trained before go-live, with written guides and recordings. Afterwards I adjust the system as your work changes.
Steady
€2,300 / month
We talk once a month
One process at a time, at a steady rhythm.
FocusedRecommended
€3,450 / month
We talk every two weeks
A good default for most teams.
Sprint
€4,600 / month
We talk every week
When the plan has a deadline.
Same quality and scope at every pace: you choose how fast the plan moves and how often we talk. Month to month; give 30 days’ notice and that’s the last invoice. When there isn’t enough valuable work left to justify the fee, I’ll be the one to say so.
Tool licences (Superhuman Docs, Fibery, n8n) are paid by you directly to the vendor.
Illustrative scenario · not a client
A 25-person agency with requests in three inboxes.
What a typical engagement looks like. A sample situation, not a real client.
01Before
Client requests arrive by email, Slack and a form. Account managers copy them into a spreadsheet. Approvals happen in direct messages. The Friday report takes half a day.
02What I’d build
One intake form into a Superhuman Docs table. Every request gets an owner and a status. Approve with a button; n8n notifies the owner and creates the invoice line. A live dashboard replaces the report.
03After handover
The team runs it. A one-page guide, recorded walkthroughs and a named owner for each step. I check in after 30 days.
Questions
Before you book.
01What does working together look like?
A free 30-minute call, then a fixed-price process audit. From there, one monthly engagement at the pace you choose: I build the highest-priority work first and keep improving it. Month to month, 30 days’ notice.
02Do you work remotely?
Yes. I work remotely with teams anywhere in the world, in English or Romanian. On site is an option in Copenhagen.
03Which tool is right for us?
The one that fits how your team works. I build in Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda), Fibery and n8n, and help teams evaluate SlideHub for presentations. If you don’t need a new tool, I’ll tell you on the call.
04I only need help with one formula or automation. Is that you?
Probably not. I design and run whole processes. For a single fix, each tool’s community will help you faster.
05Who owns the work afterwards?
You do. Everything lives in your accounts, documented, with recordings. Nothing depends on me.
06Are you a partner of these tools?
I’m an official SlideHub partner since 2026. Superhuman Docs, Fibery and n8n are tools I work with independently. Licences are paid by you directly to the vendor.
07Where are you based?
In Denmark. I work on site in Copenhagen and remotely with teams anywhere.
08How do we start?
Book the free 30-minute call. If it makes sense, the next step is a fixed-price process audit of three to six weeks, half up front and half when you’re satisfied. After that you choose a monthly pace.
09What does it cost?
The prices are on this page: a fixed-price audit, then one of three monthly paces. All prices exclude VAT; tool licences are paid by you directly to the vendor.
10Which languages do you work in?
English and Romanian.
