I’ll ask to see the work.
A real task helps me understand the people, decisions, and constraints. That is where I start before recommending a tool.
CRISTIAN NICHIFOR
The business question, the technical details, and the people using the result all matter to me. My work connects them: understanding what needs to change, building the useful parts, and helping your team take ownership.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Consultant & builder Copenhagen, Denmark
English · Romanian
I’ve been building in Coda since 2022. For four years I did it quietly, as a freelancer: teams found me by word of mouth and through my posts in the Coda community, and I untangled their docs and built what they needed. When Coda couldn’t reach the tools those teams used, I started writing Packs: Google Contacts, Billy, Hetzner. In 2026 I became a SlideHub partner and put the work under my own name.
I still do every audit and every build myself, on site in Copenhagen or remotely anywhere. In my own time I write about how work, technology and public rules shape each other, and build open-source tools for public data.

You should understand what we’re choosing, what it takes to maintain, and where the limits are. I’ll make the assumptions visible.

The people using the system belong in the conversation from the beginning. We’ll discuss documentation, ownership, and any ongoing support.

Clients, projects, tasks and feedback, linked.

Data moving between your tools, with a path for failures.
Presentation libraries
Approved slides, found and reused in PowerPoint.
Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda), Fibery, n8n and SlideHub are trademarks of their respective owners and are named here to describe the tools I work with.
A CLEAR SET OF RELATIONSHIPS
I consult on process automation with Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda), Fibery and n8n, working with them independently. I’m an official SlideHub partner for presentation management. Through CN Webify, my web group, I provide design and build (cnwebify.com), development and integrations (cnwebify.dev), and managed hosting and care (cnwebify.cloud).
I also work on independent civic projects, where sources, assumptions and room for human judgment matter. I’m based in Denmark and work on site in Copenhagen and remotely anywhere, in English or Romanian.
INDEPENDENT CIVIC WORK
A wider practice in making complex information inspectable.
