Cristian Nichifor

Process consultant and builder. Since 2018 I have made operations run smoother: on a factory floor, in logistics, and in the tools teams use every day.

Most people see a task. I see the system it sits inside. That started in operations, at Damgaard Metal and Mail Boxes Etc., where the fastest fix was rarely the obvious one: better connections between the tools already there.

Today I design and build workflow systems for small and mid-sized teams, mostly in Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda), and train the people who use them. Through CN Webify I also build and run websites. AI does much of the implementation; I design the system and review what it builds.
