PROPOSED EVALUATION · SLIDEHUB PARTNERSHIP

A pilot built around your real presentations.

Here’s how I would structure a SlideHub evaluation around your presentations: a proposed two-week pilot with 10–20 decks across two teams. We would adapt the timing and sample to your work. This is a planning example, not a completed client result.

THE EVALUATION SCORECARD

What would make this useful?

01

Preparation effort

Measure time for comparable tasks before and during the pilot. Record content complexity and review effort alongside the time.

02

Content confidence

Check whether participants find the intended approved content and recognize who maintains it. Record outdated material and exceptions.

03

Adoption & effort

Observe whether people complete the task independently. Include setup, learning time, and ongoing content maintenance in the decision.

MY CONTRIBUTION

You should be able to question the recommendation.

I help shape the brief, coordinate the agreed pilot, and explain what the observations support. We agree who on your side makes the decision and what evidence they need before the pilot starts.

You get the evaluation brief, starting measurements, a scorecard, and a recommendation with its assumptions visible. We may decide to proceed, change the scope, or stop.

Find

Start with content you can trust.

Look for the material relevant to the conversation, with a clear owner and an identifiable approved version.

  1. Company introductionInsert
  2. Current service overviewInsert
  3. Relevant project exampleInsert

A useful library answers “which version should I use?”

Select

Build around the question you need to answer.

Choose a short sequence of approved material that serves this audience and this decision.

  1. The buyer’s problemInsert
  2. A relevant approachInsert
  3. A clear next stepInsert

The evaluation should use your team’s own presentation tasks.

Tailor

Make it relevant. Keep the foundations consistent.

Identify what should change for the recipient and what needs to remain approved and consistent.

  1. Recipient and contextInsert
  2. Relevant servicesInsert
  3. Approved brand elementsInsert

We would test the actual controls and limitations during the pilot.

Review

Give the final check a clear owner.

Review the message, current information, and brand consistency before the presentation leaves the team.

  1. Information is current
  2. Message fits the audience
  3. Owner has reviewed the result

This checklist is a proposed team practice, not a claim of automated approval.

Learn

Use the experience to make the next decision.

Compare effort, content confidence, and adoption with the baseline. Record what worked and what needs to change.

  1. Preparation effortInsert
  2. Content consistencyInsert
  3. Independent task completionInsert

A pilot should produce evidence for proceeding, adjusting, or stopping.

TRY YOUR OWN ASSUMPTIONS

What could that time be worth?

An open estimate to inform a pilot. Change the inputs; no email required.

ESTIMATED MONTHLY CAPACITY

14 hours

of team time potentially released

Gross time value / month
490 EUR
After the monthly cost entered
490 EUR

Illustrative inputs, not SlideHub pricing or a savings promise. Enter a quoted monthly cost; zero is a placeholder. The estimate excludes setup, migration and training effort, and assumes the time saving is realized only on the adopted share of presentations. Time released is capacity, not necessarily a cash saving.

Hours = presentations × minutes saved ÷ 60 × adoption. Gross value = hours × hourly cost. Net estimate = gross value − monthly cost.
