01
The situation
Billing data sat in two systems, the CRM and the ERP, and invoices were prepared by hand, while the team handled hundreds of high-value shipments a month, such as passports, wine and art.
02
What I built
- A billing workflow that joins CRM and ERP data in structured invoicing tools, so an invoice starts from data that is already there.
- An internal tracking tool in Coda that gives several teams the same view of deliveries.
- Ownership of the internal tools (the custom CRM, the ERP and the docs around them): finding gaps, designing improvements and onboarding colleagues.
- Training for five colleagues on 1Password and Coda, to make the tools safe and actually used.
03
What changed
Manual invoice preparation dropped by 90%. Delivery visibility and coordination improved across teams, and the digital-transformation projects I led brought better team coordination and higher output through process automation.
